The Renewable Natural Resources Students Association (RENARSA) Press successfully conducted its editorial handover ceremony on December 22, 2025. The event, which was held virtually, marked the official transition of leadership from the outgoing editorial board to the newly appointed executives.
During the handover, the newly constituted RENARSA Press Editorial Board was unveiled.
The board comprises :-
Deborah Adeyemi as Editor-in-Chief, who will also oversee the Politics and Features desks
Pamilerin Opesan as Deputy Editor-in-Chief
Benedict Adebayo as Managing Editor and Sports Editor
Precious Akinsola as General Editor and News Editor.
Speaking at the virtual handover , the outgoing Editor-in-Chief ,Sunday Oyebode expressed confidence in the new leadership and encouraged them to remain dedicated to impactful storytelling.“I wish the new editorial board the very best, alongside the willingness and strength to write stories that truly make an impact,” the editor stated..
The handover ceremony officially signals the beginning of a new editorial tenure for RENARSA Press, with expectations high for continued excellence in campus journalism.
