A campus clean-up exercise was organized today, Saturday November 1, 2025 to mark the commencement of the Renewable Natural Resources Students’ Association (RENARSA) Week. This was done in conjunction with Plogging Nigeria, University of Ibadan Chapter.
Although the turnout was low, members from both bodies worked together to collect waste around the faculty building, the forestry foyer, and other areas on campus.
The Vice President of RENARSA, Ayomide Sulaimon and Assistant General Secretary, Khalid Olaode at the end of the clean-up, apologized for starting the clean-up later than scheduled while also appreciating everyone’s presence.
RENARSA Week continues on Monday, November 3, 2025 with the Personality Lecture and the Prof. Agbeja Interdepartmental Oratory Contest.
