Students of the University of Ibadan, who may have experienced some challenges in paying their fees or completing their course registrations, have been advised, in a recent WhatsApp status update by Covenant Odedele, University of Ibadan Students’ Union (UI’SU) President, to continue trying as the student portal is still open.
Recall that in a press statement released by the UI’SU on the 3rd of June, 2025, it was stated that the deadline for payment of fees and course registration has been extended to Friday 20th of June, 2025 from the initial June 6, deadline.
Affected students are urged to maximize the opportunity, as the portal is still open but only for a few days.
Emails are to be sent to ugportal@stu.ui.edu.ng if they encounter challenges as regards course registration and payment of fees.
The June 20 deadline is already two days behind but the date of the final closure of the payment and registration portal is yet to be announced.
