2022 ends in a few days and as usual there have been ripples of economic miseries for most Nigerians. As Citizens grapple with multiple challenges, there is no end in sight. Our challenges ranges from insecurity to fuel scarcity along side hike in price, low or no power supply, inadequate or no social amenities and many more.
Nigerians being Africans are graced with strength as we strive amidst it all, improving in our businesses. But we live in a state where our efforts are constrained and downplayed. Aside the poor government, Nigerian’s are also in the business of making life difficult for one another as we all chase nothing but our personal interest which makes us not so different from the people in power. So for an average Nigerian, it is trouble on both sides.
The negative response from both sides of power seems like a trend as it as always been. Should we say it will always be? Or they’d be a change?
From my side, I’d say there could be a change. But that can and will only happen if we all decide to make active changes in our response to one another at the grassroot levels and also be actively involved in political decision making of our great nation.
We own this great nation and we’re sadled with the responsibility of making it better let’s strive to correct errors on all sides so we’d have lesser problems and our hustle will pay.
